As an aspiring young pianist in the Eau Claire, WI area, her talent and passion for music were apparent to her piano instructor. Kristin had the opportunity to take on some of her teacher’s students in 2000. It was humbling. At the time, she didn’t feel qualified because she was young. With a twinkling eye, her teacher coaxed Kristin into giving it a try, starting an inspirational journey.
After about five years, she developed her brand and had enough music students to go full-time in 2005. During this time, she noticed students had varying learning styles, so she honed her teaching ability, becoming adept at meeting each student on their level.
Captivating students during this time with her bubbly personality and kindness, she kept things fresh by presenting information in exciting ways, keeping her students engaged. She regularly got referrals from happy students and parents, and many have stayed with her for years.
Today, she’s living her dream. She loves her students, who also adore her. Her skills have been refined through thousands of lessons as she’s celebrated her 20th anniversary of teaching back in the fall of 2020. Continuously learning, she’s the professional instructor that students of any skill level, including beginners, will love.
